Six!

Happy Birthday to my beautiful Brown Eyed Girl.

Five was a BIG year for my Brown Eyed Girl.

She was a super runner girl and ran her first 1 mile race.

She graduated Preschool.

And started Kindergarten.

She attended her first baseball game.

Learned some new tricks.

Made wonderful summer memories with her cousins.

She helped mom with chores like moving hay.

And was super excited to find out she was getting big enough to help do big things - like raking leaves.

And cleaning the horse pens.

She got to go camping for the very first time.

She visited the Great Sand Dunes.

And we sat on a polar bears lap at the North Pole.

But if you ask her, her favorite part of five was going to the beach. Finding seas shells for the very first time.

Swimming in the ocean and snorkeling.

And hands down, swimming with the dolphins.

Five years in the books.

A tiny little baby girl that fit in the crook of my arm.

And easily on my lap.

Now she is chases boys, wants to wear make-up and get her ears pierced.

Before I know it she will be 16 and then 25 and then...

But everyday I am amazed at what a beautiful young lady she is turning into. It is truly the most amazing thing to watch your baby grow and develop and turn into a young lady right before your eyes. She is beautiful. She is kind. She is compassionate. She is adventurous. She is a leader - but most importantly a friend. She loves to sing and dance and smile. She loves to draw and color and create magic with her imagination and her hands. She loves all living things. She is the light. She is everything I ever hoped for and everything I dream about. She is my heart and soul.

I love this Brown Eyed Girl with all my heart - to the moon and back.
